From the intersection of Routes 1 and 111 in North Hampton (Rite Aid Pharmacy, Irving Gas, Ronaldo’s Restaurant and Mobil Service Station on each of the four corners), turn EAST on Route 111 (Atlantic Avenue) as if you were going to the beach. Less than ¼ of a mile on the left, you will see the North Hampton Police and Fire Stations and the Town Hall. Make a left off Atlantic into the parking lot at Joe’s Meat Shoppe (grey Victorian building with a white front porch —used to be Dow’s General Store), and the Tone Zone Pilates studio is straight ahead by the railroad tracks (225 Atlantic). It is an old depot building (“Dow Annex”), painted light green with pink and yellow trim.
